Master Builder Graduates
The ultimate symbol of the building professional, the Graduate Master Builder (GMB) designation is reserved for experienced veterans only. To earn the GMB designation you must have ten years of building experience and have completed numerous Master Level courses. Graduate Master Builder’s courses are more advanced with in-depth instruction geared for experienced building professionals.
When you hire a Graduate Master builder, you can expect an experienced custom home builder committed to delivering a quality custom home. The GMB designation is voluntarily earned and not required by law -- the certifications provide benchmarks of professional achievement owners can use to measure their builder's commitments to excellence.
Certified Green Professionals
The National Association of Home Builders’ Certified Green Professional (CGP)™ designation recognizes custom home builders who incorporate green building principles into homes— without driving up the cost of construction. Class work leading to the designation provides a solid background in green building methods that provides solutions to the home building industry based on the newest building science techniques.
